Work had been a breeze. Make that, 'work had been a bit breezy'. He was kilted and woaded, and only had one major meeting. The director was dressed as a French maid so his kilt didn't get much more than a second look.

Kilts were not made for motorcycles and decency laws. Or for getting in or out of a Suburban without violating decency laws, but the 'Burban had a better chance for that. Besides, what with snow coming he'd have to put the bike away for a bit.

He crashed on his recliner and waited for the Trick or Treaters. Or any phone calls.

"I don't have an army," she sulked, "What communications do I need to take over? Are we talking subliminal messages, or straight-out control? You need to be more specific." Mmmmm...caramel apple lollipop! Yum!

"Your Gulliver-clone army, of course! And all communications. Start small, then build up to taking over satellite networks."

Because this would be how he would do it. Maybe not wih the Gulliver clones, though.

Gulliver clones can be useful, especially if you're waging a war on strawberry jam. Or ostriches.

"I got to help blow up a satellite once, does that count?" Anemone carefully started stashing candy in Gulliver-proof locations around the room. "I think it should worry me that you've thought about this, but after another few lollipops I don't think I'll care."

"Just don't OD," he warned. "Don't want to be contacted about you dying from too many suckers or something," he snickered. "Only one satellite? Aw, sweetie, there'll be others." More snickers.

"It was an ultimate weapon disguised as a satellite. I think I get points for that. Admittedly, I didn't blow it up, I just participated in the military coup that gave Dewey the ability to use it at full power, which resulted in an AWESOME self-destruct. The explosion and debris were incredible."

"I won't OD. I just like lollipops." As if to prove her point, Anemone started unwrapping another one. "Why are there going to be others? Are you going to let me blow up things in orbit? That would be fun."

"Actually? That would be cool. But I'm certain that people here wouldn't like that much. Um. Go through a portal to a place that needs satellites taken care of?" he wondered aloud.

"Aw, I thought you were going to provide me with one to destroy," she teased. "Exploding things on my own wouldn't be much fun."
