Mod Post: Activity Checks

Hello Fellow Alums/Ex-Pats!

As you are all no doubt aware, there have been some changes made to the former Townlumni System. With this new system in place, we will be implementing a new system to check activity in this community. All Alumni and Expatriates are required to be active at least once per month, whether that be in a community post or a personal journal.

For ease of tracking this, at the beginning of each month, we will post an Activity Check for the previous month (so sometime in early December, the post to check for November will go up). All alums & ex-pats will be required to tag in with a link to some kind of activity for the previous month. This way, we avoid cluttering up the community with double posts and it saves us having to check every single journal for activity.

There will be a "Three Strikes and You're Out" system in place as well and everyone is starting effective immediately with a clean slate.

1st month with no activity - it will be noted, but no action will be taken.
2nd month with no activity - you will receive an email notifying you that your character is on the bubble.
3rd month with no activity - you will receive an email notifying you that your character has been removed.

If you simply forget to tag into an activity check post and are able to link us to something that meets your monthly requirement, that will not count as a strike. The inactivity strikes will be wiped clean again each November for characters that haven't been removed.
