Tori was situated in Ninja Ops, putting together a new workout for the new Academy students. It was for those who had yet to be assigned an element.

She was also looking at what the community college had to offer, class wise. She was considering enrolling in the spring semester. She had a feeling Cam wouldn't mind her making use of the wireless connection.

[OOC: Open for phone calls, e-mails, etc! My girl's been far too quiet, lately, thought I'd change that!]

"Tori Hanson, you've won a fabulous prize!" he said in a gushy announcer's voice. "An all-expenses-paid phone call from John Connor! Stay on the line to activate your price." There was not snickering. Really.

"And here's your prize!" He said, overenthusiastically. And cheesily.

"I think I hurt my face doing that," he said in a normal tone.

"I hope so. What happens if I'm stuck like this? I'll never be able to pursue my life-long dream of stage and screen acting." Snicker.

"Press one for hell no. Press two for Stay in California. Press three to have a flaming bag of poo delivered to your door." Snicker. "Seriously, does that guy sound like that all the time?"

"That poor guy. How does he order food at a restaurant? Or at a drive-through? Order something over the phone?" Snerk. "So. Survive Parents Weekend Two Aught Aught Seven?"

"I wasn't there either. Not sure I could handle parentals right now. Mine or anyone eles's." Mostly because they were dead. "So good weekend for you, then?"

"Me too. Too much work, but still. Quiet. Can't imagine how the weekend went for people still on the rock." He sighed. "So how's life after graduation been treating you?"

"I'll send replacement balsa wood. Rampaging mega-mini-dingbots? Could always make a train-scale city, have some 'bots go rampaging through, then reset. Heck, could even film it!"

Hey Tori! You missed a weekend of fun and excitement! And by that I mean the majority of the population getting amnesia. I actually thought I was a pirate.

Also exciting was parents weekend, where some folks who hate, but sometimes work with my father, and are also friends of mine showed up. Very strange.

What's up with you?

No fire? I think I'm safe still. They're not the type to go after my friends unless provoked, and they're both pretty wiley, so it's unlikely they were followed here.

I certainly will. And...you know that last bit could be taken in a somewhat dirty way right? ;)

Not quite but I did almost fortell my own doom once. Turned out I was just being pessimistic.

Working on it. Hell you should have seen me last year. Ami considered it a great victory just to get me to smile.

Oh, speaking of progress, (sort of) what's it mean when you forget your own birthday?
