Hotel in Bucharest, Thursday late day

Annette sat down at the little table on the balcony and finished off the postcards she had promised to send everyone. Basically they all said the same thing, just minor scribbling's, promising she would email soon. The postcards were for the pictures of where her and A.J. had been so far. Breathtakingly beautiful places.

So, now, she had use of a laptop the hotel offered for an minimal fee she gladly took care of.

Hi guys!

Omigod I miss you all so much! How is your summer going so far? Workshops? Tell me everything!

A.J. and I are now in Bucharest and it is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever been in in my life. It's incredible. There are so many art museums and we have been to so many today, trying to cram them all in before we head off to Romania. I did some shopping, a lot of shopping actually and had everything shipped home. How could I pass this up?

Yesterday we rode all day long in the back of a garlic truck and yes, I made a necklace seeing as we are totally going Vampire hunting when we get to the mountains. I'm slowly learning that trekking across Europe means exactly that. I've lost a shoe and several other personal items. I have no idea where. We sleep in a tent. A lot. I never realized just how much I take for granted when being stripped of the barest necessities, opens my eyes and lets me know I can get by with little to nothing.

I think we are going clubbing tonight (if I can talk A.J. into it) and wow, won't that be an amazing experience. Although, truth to tell, I imagine clubbing here is just like clubbing anywhere else. Hopefully we'll soon see.

Jack got a post card, one of those novelty ones that stated "Weather's here, wish you were great!" ones in cheesy font. But? It was from Europe. Totally classy.
